I hope everyone is enjoying their day so far. Along with wellness Wednesday’s, I will be doing sizzling Sundays where I will doing recipes, meal preps, and everything food related for the foodies like me out there!
For the first sizzling Sunday post I decided to keep it simple and talk about my dinner.
My boyfriend marinated a top round steak and grilled it with a couple of orange peppers. While he was doing that I sautéed some onions, made some yellow rice and pasta with white cheddar sauce. I then drizzled the steak and rice with a combination of steak sauce and barbecue sauce. Although we were missing a vegetable to go with the meal, it was still a great dinner and we didn’t feel overly stuffed afterwards. We chose the right portion sizes to try to reduce the amount of carbs we ate before bed.
