No Bread: Day 2

Hello All!

I hope everyone had a marvelous and productive day. Just wanted to give a little update on eating no bread. So far it’s goeing well. I have more energy and I don’t feel sluggish. I am definitely more hungry now too!

I can tell the mornings are going to be the hardest to get through because of the delicious pancakes, French toast, biscuit options for everything but I will just refrain from that and try to stay focused on the goal. I’m very conscious now of how much I used to eat bread and that’s it’s pretty much a part of everything but I’m staying positive and pushing forward!

Below is a picture of my dinner last night with no bread, and it was very satisfying. I had sautéed chicken with onions and peppers with homemade macaroni and cheese with a lot of pepper! I love pepper and put it on almost everything that I eat. I added a sweet potato with brown sugar and cinnamon for my desert but forgot to take a picture of it before I dove into the deliciousness!
