No Bread: Day 1

Good morning and Happy Monday! 

I have been thinking about eliminating bread from my diet for over a week now and decided today would be the start of this journey. I eat bread a lot in my regular diet and I think my body deserves a break from it. I don’t have a set time that I want to do it for, instead I’m just going to take it day by day and see how far I go. 

I am not eliminating all carbs, just bread. I feel that it will be a great experience and it will help me to limit bread to maybe 1-2 times a week if I should decide to go back to eating it again. I’m excited and have been cautious of things as I pack my lunch and prepare for the day ahead!
