Simple & Sweet

Hey Guys! I hope everyone had a great day! Tonight I just wanted to share what I decided to make for dinner. I made a medium baked sweet potato and sprinkled a tiny bit of sugar, butter, and cinnamon on top! 😊 So technically I’m having dinner and dessert all at the same time and still getting valuable nutrients 😊.image Can’t get any better than that! I hope you guys have a great night!

    1. Yes! I love candied yams, regular sweet potatoes, sweet potato pie… They’re delicious and so good for you! Perfect for cramps! Lol
