Lunch of the Day: 3/1/16

Today after I got off from work I contemplated stopping at many different places to grab something for lunch before a meeting I had to go to. But the more I thought about it, the more I told myself that I had things at home that I could make and be happy. So I bi-passed all of the restaurants, including Olive Garden (I was sooo close to having soup and salad, and their breadsticks are to die for! Lol) and went home. I decided to make an egg and cheese bagel with tater tots (no salt added) and it was definitely worth it! I was fully satisfied and also saved myself a few bucks as well. Below is a picture of my lovely lunch (Couldn’t wait to take a bite after the picture lol) 😊. I hope you all had a great day, enjoyed the weather, and had nutritious meals as well!
