Happy Saturday Everyone!
Today for lunch I made this delicious nutrient-packed bowl! I sauteed carrots, broccoli, onion, watercress, snap peas, cauliflower, and corn in olive oil for about 20mins. I then poured it onto a bed of rice and added a little bit of soy sauce and duck sauce to it and dove into it. Super simple and doesn’t take long at all. My belly is happy and now I am ready for a nap (:
