Whatever Goes.

Hey Guys! I hope everyone is doing well. In this post I wanted to talk about something that everyone experiences. Those days where everything goes, and you don’t care what you eat. You’re just hungry, need to eat, and have limited time to do so. Well, I had one of those days yesterday. From the hours of 12:30pm to about 8pm.

  • 2 scrambled eggs with cheese
  • Fried potatoes (1 1/2 cup)
  • A piece of cheese pizza
  • Lo mein (1/2 cup)
  • Fried rice (1/2 cup)
  • 2 Chinese donuts
  • A cup of Sunny Delight
  • A juicy juice splasher
  • A snickerdoodle cookie (mini)
  • Cheerios (1/2 cup)

I was on the go from 7am to 6:30pm and had a full day today so I had to eat while I could and get in the bed. I went with whatever at the moment. I started off good with the eggs lol it could’ve been a lot worse but long story short you can’t stress your diet every day. We aren’t perfect, nor robot. Sometimes you just have to go with it and try to do better the next day. As long as overall your diet is balanced and you follow the 80/20 rule.
